JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service (Counter)
The job duties include but are not limited to the following:
| Position
duties include computer invoicing of cash sales,
writing delivery tickets for charge customers, processing
customer and branch phone-in orders, providing pricing
information to customers over the phone, backordering
material, transferring stock between branch locations
and other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
or his or her designee. |
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates
must have proven customer service skills, and presentation,
both in person and over the telephone.

Must be able to clearly communicate with others
-
good penmanship is also a plus.
-
Attention to detail and accurate work history with
numbers and computer coding is essential.
-
Ability to use manufacturer parts breakdown and price
list
-
knowledge of ten key calculator
-
knowledge of percentages are an absolute must.
-
Working under a heavy workload and under pressure
while maintaining a sense of humor is a "Big"
plus.
-
Irrigation and landscape experience a "Bigger"
plus !
